Some caregiving days test patience more than others. This prayer is for the moments frustration rises alongside love.
Lord, today has tested my patience more than I expected. Forgive me for the moments I've been short-tempered, and give me a fresh start for whatever remains of this day. Help me see the person I'm caring for with the same patience you show me, even when I fall short of showing it myself. Amen.
