Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Find My Prayers is meant to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, or who navigate by keyboard rather than a mouse. This page describes what we've done and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
Standard We Aim For
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checkbox — as the site grows, we review new pages and features against the same standard.
What We've Built In
Text and background colors across the site are checked to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark mode. Every interactive element — links, buttons, form fields — has a minimum touch target size and is reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Pages use semantic HTML headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them predictably, and images that carry meaning have descriptive text alternatives.
Known Limitations
Some generated illustrative artwork on the site is decorative and marked as such for assistive technology. If you find a specific page, feature, or piece of content that doesn't work well with the assistive technology you use, we want to know about it.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us through the contact form, including the page you were on and what happened. We'll do our best to fix genuine issues promptly.
