Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Find My Prayers collects when you use the site, how that information is used, and the choices and controls you have over it.
Information We Collect
If you create an account (by email and password, or by signing in with Google), we store your email address and, if provided, your name and profile picture. If you save prayers or Bible verses, rate a prayer, or leave a comment, we store that activity against your account — comments also store the name you're shown under. If you subscribe to updates or send us a message through the contact form, we store the email address and message you provide.
How We Use It
Your information is used only to provide the features you use directly — signing in, saving content, showing your ratings and comments, and responding to messages you send us. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics on this site.
Third-Party Services
The site is built on Supabase (database and authentication), optionally Google (if you choose to sign in with Google), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. Your dark/light mode preference is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.
Your Choices
You can delete your own comments at any time from the prayer page they appear on. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and associated data deleted, use the contact form — we'll respond to verified requests.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
