Lord, I am caught in a pattern I cannot break by willpower alone. I admit my powerlessness over this and ask for your strength in its place. Give me the courage to seek help, the honesty to stop hiding this struggle, and the grace to get through today without giving in. One day at a time, walk with me toward freedom. Amen.
