Prayer for Unemployment and Job Loss
Asking for provision and hope after losing a job
1 min read
Losing a job strikes at both finances and identity. This prayer, echoing devotion to Saint Joseph the Worker, asks for provision and renewed hope.
Lord, losing this job has shaken more than just my income. Provide for what my family needs, and calm the fear that comes with not knowing how. Open a door I cannot yet see, and in the meantime, help me hold onto my worth, which was never defined by this job alone. Saint Joseph, patron of workers, pray for me. Amen.
