Rejoicing in the resurrection after the Lenten journey

Easter is the great feast toward which all of Lent has been moving. This prayer gives thanks for the resurrection and asks for a share in its new life.
Lord, Christ is risen, and death has lost its final word. Thank you for walking with me through this Lent, and for bringing me to this morning of joy. Let the new life of Easter be real in me — not just a feast day, but a change that lasts. Alleluia. Amen.
