Lord, everything feels heavy right now, and I don't have the words to explain it well. You know what I'm carrying even when I can't. Be near to me in this darkness. Give me the smallest sense of your presence, and the strength to take the next small step — a phone call, a walk outside, an honest conversation. I don't ask for everything to feel better today. I ask only that I'm not alone in it. Amen.
