Lord Jesus,
As this year comes to an end, we come before You with humble hearts.
We ask You to forgive us for our mistakes, our wrong choices, and the times we failed to love as we should.
Forgive us for the hurt we caused others, for the words we spoke in anger, and for the moments we turned away from Your ways.
Father God, we are truly sorry.
Thank You for Your mercy that never ends and for the grace that meets us again and again.
Each time we fall, You lift us up.
Each time we come to You, You forgive us with open arms.
Wash our hearts clean and make us new.
Help us to forgive those who hurt us, just as You forgive us.
Guide us into the new year with a renewed spirit, a humble heart, and a deep desire to walk closer with You.
Lord, thank You for loving us even when we fail.
Thank You for giving us a fresh start in Your grace.
